While the grounds and accommodations are luxurious, there are some concerns about outdated rooms. Overall, the experience was pleasant, and the holiday atmosphere adds a unique charm to the stay.

I had an unforgettable stay at the Fairmont Princess during Christmas week. The cheerful atmosphere and joyful decorations truly made the holiday spirit come alive. The variety of activities for my kids was impressive, but dealing with a few hiccups like a jammed faucet slightly dampened the experience. Overall, a fantastic place for family fun and relaxation.

Our stay at the resort was truly delightful, filled with beautiful surroundings and plenty of family-friendly activities. The rooms offered a high level of comfort; although sound from nearby venues could be a bit disruptive at times. The location was fabulous, with easy access to shopping and dining. Dining experiences varied in quality but overall, we enjoyed our meals, especially at La Hacienda. Just be prepared for higher prices than what you might expect, but the experiences often justified the cost.
